Product description

Plantameds Refemme Plus is a dietary supplement in tablet form that supports well-being during menopause. Many women experience symptoms such as depression, hot flashes (redness and heat in the face), night sweats and palpitations when estrogen levels begin to drop, often several years before menstruation stops.

Refemme Plus contains plant estrogens (phytoestrogens) from hops and fennel, as well as vitamin D3 and iodine. Vitamin D3 helps to combat osteoporosis and inflammation, while iodine supports normal production of thyroid hormones.

After menopause, metabolism often slows down due to lower thyroid hormone production, which can lead to gradual weight gain – for example, about 1 kg per year, which can be significant over time. Iodine deficiency can cause underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism), with symptoms such as dry skin, fatigue, constipation and weight gain.

Dosage:
1 tablet in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening. The tablets can be allowed to dissolve in the mouth.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients:
Extract from Humulus lupulus (hops) 5 mg, extract from Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) 5 mg, iodine (seaweed meal) 75 µg (50% of the RDI*), vitamin D3 15 µg (150% of the RDI*), lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
*RDI = recommended daily intake.

Storage:
Store dry at room temperature and out of reach of children.
