The source Q10, Selenium & E-vitamin is a powerful combination of 200 mg Q10, 100 mcg selenium (natural and easily absorbable form) and 60 mg vitamin E. The capsule also contains coconut oil to optimize the absorption of the nutrients.

Q10 is particularly important for the body's mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of our cells, and plays a central role in energy levels, focus and well-being. With age, the body's natural levels of Q10 decrease.

Selenium is an important mineral and antioxidant that is often insufficient in the Swedish diet due to selenium-poor soils. Vitamin E also functions as a powerful antioxidant that protects the body's cells against harmful free radicals.

Dosage:
1 capsule daily with a meal.
