Re-fresh pH powder Magnesium is a pure natural product from Europe, carefully filtered and almost completely free of odor and taste. The product meets documented food standards and is easy to use, even for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules or tablets.

Dosage instructions for adults:
Take 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2 g) with 1 dl of lukewarm water on an empty stomach, approximately 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal to avoid disturbing digestion.

1 heaped teaspoon corresponds to approximately 500 mg of pure magnesium.

Ingredients:
Magnesium carbonate (MgCO₃) approximately 99.9%.

Store dry at room temperature and out of reach of children.
