pH-Kalk from pH-Balans is a pure, finely powdered, basic and inorganic lime rich in carbonates. The lime is carefully purified from impurities and is of food quality. It is both tasteless and odorless and contains no synthetic additives.

In today's modern lifestyle, many people are at risk of becoming acidic, which can be difficult to balance on your own. With pH-Kalk you can support the body's natural pH balance in a gentle way. The lime helps the body to oxygenate itself better - in with oxygen, out with acid - the basis for life!

The lime is extracted from environmentally responsible mineral mines in Europe.

Use:
Take pH-Kalk 30 minutes before meals or about an hour after, so as not to disturb digestion. Stir the lime into a glass of water and drink. Start with 1–3 heaped teaspoons per day and gradually increase to 2–3 tablespoons per day. The lime can be taken daily and is suitable for all ages – you are never too young or too old to start. Overdose is not possible.

Content:
Approximately 70% calcium carbonate (Ca) and 30% magnesium carbonate (Mg), corresponding to a 50/50 mmol distribution. 1 teaspoon (5 g) contains approximately 1400 mg calcium, 600 mg magnesium and 3000 mg carbonate (CO3).

Store dry and cool.

Facts:
For a normal healthy person, deacidification takes about two months and requires about one kilogram of lime, provided that the diet is otherwise balanced.

pH-Lime can also be used as a natural sun protection, as pigmentation is affected by the interaction between UV light, vitamin D and lime. Taking a couple of tablespoons of lime while sunbathing, diluted in water, can provide a protective effect equivalent to a sun protection factor of 10–12.

In addition, calcium helps prevent osteoporosis by attacking the underlying problem – acidification – while replenishing the body with calcium.
