MultiOptimal® from Helhetshälsa is a complete multivitamin and mineral supplement of natural origin – especially adapted for vegans. It contains vitamins and minerals from the plant kingdom, including vegetable D3 from lichen and natural iodine from seaweed , without unnecessary additives.

The supplement is rich in iron, vitamin C and B vitamins that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and support the normal function of the immune system. B12 is included in its active form ( methylcobalamin ) and all B vitamins are produced without yeast . In addition, the formula contains vitamin K2 and minerals such as magnesium, zinc and selenium.

Dosage

1 capsule daily with a meal.
The capsule can be pulled apart if necessary and the contents mixed into food or drink.

Magnesium citrate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium (from crustose algae Lithothamnium sp ), ferrous fumarate, choline, zinc citrate, beta-carotene (vitamin A) , vitamin E, niacin, selenium (from selenomethionine), inositol, iodine (from nodular seaweed Ascophyllum nodosum and potassium iodide), manganese citrate, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) , pantothenic acid, vitamin D3 (from lichen – cholecalciferol), silicon (from bamboo), B6, riboflavin (B2), thiamine (B1), B12 (methylcobalamin), chromium picolinate, folic acid, biotin.
