Multi Chrome from Plantamed is a dietary supplement that supports normal blood sugar and contains the important minerals chromium and zinc.

The body needs chromium and zinc as essential minerals for several important functions. Multi Chrome supplements your intake of these minerals and helps you reach your daily requirement. Two tablets cover the daily requirement for chromium (50–200 µg) and zinc (4–22.5 mg).

Chromium is a component of several enzymes and is part of the glucose tolerance factor (GTF), which is important for the effectiveness of insulin. Chromium deficiency can reduce insulin sensitivity, although clinical symptoms of chromium deficiency are uncommon. Zinc is necessary for normal growth, metabolism and insulin production. In addition, zinc supports the senses of smell and taste and acts as an antioxidant that protects against lipid peroxidation.

Dosage:
1 tablet twice daily, with meals.

Ingredients:
Chromium 100 µg (250% of daily requirement), Zinc 10 mg (100% of daily requirement), lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint, magnesium stearate, stearic acid.
