MineralOptimal – Multimineral with natural trace elements from Utah Salt Lake
MineralOptimal from Holistic Health is a multi-mineral dietary supplement that contains important minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc and iron, along with a rich blend of natural trace elements. The trace elements come from the mineral-rich water of Utah Salt Lake and have naturally varying concentrations. Through a two-year sun-drying process, the sodium content is reduced and the concentrate (OmniMin™) contains approximately 70 different trace elements in varying amounts.

Magnesium in MineralOptimal contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage:
Take 2 capsules per day with food. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. The capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled on food or drink. At the recommended dose, the bottle will last for approximately 100 days.

Ingredients:
Magnesium citrate, calcium from algae (Lithothamnium sp), ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, trace elements (OmniMin™), selenium methionine, manganese citrate, silica from bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea), zinc picolinate, chromium picolinate. Vegetable cellulose capsule.
