Magnesium CMD – Liquid magnesium supplement with natural trace elements
Magnesium CMD from Helhetshälsa is a highly concentrated liquid mineral supplement with magnesium and over 70 naturally occurring trace elements. CMD stands for Concentrated Mineral Drops and is extracted by slowly sun-drying the mineral-rich water from Utah's Great Salt Lake - a process that can take up to two years to reach optimal concentration.

Magnesium CMD is versatile and can be used both internally and externally. It works as a daily magnesium supplement in a drink, as a hydrating fluid replacement during hot days or exercise, and as a lubricant after physical activity or before bedtime to soften tense muscles.

Usage tips:

• Daily intake: Mix a few drops in a glass of water or juice

• Fluid replacement: Drop into drink during high heat or exercise

• After training / Before bedtime: Apply diluted solution (1:1 with water) to muscles, neck or shoulders*

• Foot & hand bath: 1–2 teaspoons in warm water

• Remineralization of purified water: 1 ml to 2 liters of water

*Mineral crystals may form on the skin after application. This is completely normal and can be easily wiped away.
