Iron Complex from Great Earth is a dietary supplement where each tablet contains iron as well as vitamin C, B12, rosehip extract, folic acid and copper. Iron plays a central role in the cell division process and contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. It helps transport oxygen to the body's cells and counteracts tiredness and fatigue.

Are you a woman? Do you often feel tired and dizzy? Then iron deficiency may be the cause. Women are more likely to suffer from iron deficiency due to menstruation or pregnancy, which increases the need for iron. But men may also need extra supplements.

Dosage:
1 tablet daily with meals.

Ingredients:
Ferrous fumarate, ascorbic acid, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), rosehip extract (Rosa canina), anti-caking agent (veg. magnesium salts of fatty acids), copper gluconate, folic acid, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, veg. glycerol, calcium carbonate).

Storage:
Room temperature, out of reach of small children.
