Cal-Mag 600-300 mg from Great Earth contains both calcium and magnesium, which are important for bone and muscle health. Magnesium also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. This dietary supplement is designed with Great Earth's mineral transport system Portamins for optimal absorption of minerals in the gastrointestinal tract. Portamins consists of easily soluble and easily absorbed mineral forms such as gluconate, carbonate, aspartate, ascorbate, citrate and amino acid chelate. The amino acids help transport the minerals into the cells.

Vitamins D and K are included in the formula. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and to normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Super Cal-Mag tablets also contain turmeric extract.

Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent (veg. fatty acids, veg. magnesium salt of fatty acids), stabilizer (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), TRAACS® calcium bisglycinate, TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate, turmeric extract (Curcuma longa L.), magnesium gluconate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium L-ascorbate, magnesium malate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium succinate, calcium gluconate, calcium L-ascorbate, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), calcium salts of citric acid, calcium succinate, calcium malate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lichen), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, veg. glycerol), colorant (curcumin).
