This lozenge contains vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, an active and easily absorbed form of the vitamin. Vitamin B12 is essential for the functioning of the nervous system, cell metabolism and the formation of blood cells. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, nerve function, neurological and psychological health and to normal blood cell production.

Older people may particularly benefit from B12 supplements because the body's ability to absorb the vitamin decreases with age. Since vitamin B12 is mainly found in animal products, vegans are advised to supplement with dietary supplements to meet their needs.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 lozenge daily.

Sweetener (xylitol), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose, tapioca), glazing agent (ascorbyl palmitate), natural flavor (fruit punch), tableting aid (croscarmellose sodium), flavor (lemon powder), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
